Diamond Inspection
To prolong the life of your jewelry we recommend our professional inspection 4 times per year. We have our expert staff check the condition of your prongs to help prevent further damage and or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is Free of charge.
Condition of Sale
Jewelry in original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of sale. Gift recipients will be issued for merchandise credit. The recipe must accompany all claims. Special orders and altered items are not returnable.
Special Orders
Special orders cannot be exchanged. A special order constitutes any item ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer’s request.
Layaways
A deposit plus regular monthly payments are required. Articles may be placed in layaway for a maximum of 12 months. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment by the end of 12 months, the item will be returned to stock. Any layaways extending past 12 months are subject to a monthly service charge. Layaways are not cancelable after 30 days. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Gemstone Treatment
Many natural gemstones are treated or enhanced from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices. These treatments and enhancements can affect how you should clean and care for your colored gemstone jewelry.
