 Jewelry Repair: Our professional staff of jewelers is here to service your jewelry repair needs. We can repair all different types of jewelry, from diamond setting to fixing chains.
Custom Designs/Restyling: We do magic with your pre-loved jewelry, or pieces you have received from a loved one. We will assist your personally until your are satisfied with your design. If you would like to try something new, or rejuvenate an older piece, bring it to us and we can restyle it to the exact specifications you wish. Watch for our restyling events, and have live designs to try on.
Watch Repair: Our watch repairman is certified, even on Rolex watches. Watch battery and band replacements are done on the premises. All watch estimates are free.
Pearl and Bead Stringing: We do custom stringing for your necklaces or bracelets.
Engraving: We will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry, cuff links, money clips purchased at Whalen Jewelers.
Appraisals: All our appraisals are performed by a Certified Gemologist, who is trained by Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Whether you need an appraisal for insurance, estate, or present condition purposes we are here to council your needs. Whalen Jewelers standards of appraisals are required by most insurance companies.
Silver Restoration: Bring us your family heirloom sterling or plated silver wares and we will have one of the oldest companies in America restore your beauties.
Wish Lists: We offer a wish list for all customers. Please ask for our most popular Pssst. Cards, for that special gift that you would like others to know you have your eyes on.
Layaway: We offer a layaway program for your convenience. We require 20% down and a monthly payment of your choice. Alterations will be made at the time your layaway is paid off.
